With a few simple steps you can release the butterfly.

First distinguish the top and bottom.  Top has To/From, bottom has QR code.

By pinching the left wing between thumb and finger, tug the edge of the card to separate the wing. Repeat for the right wing, making sure wing is separated all the way to the body

Using the same pinching process, release the antenna.

Now for the tricky part. "Slowly" peel the tail away from the backing

And voila, butterfly sticker.  Best if applied to non-porous surface (ie, glass, plastic, metal, smooth surfaces) also avoid sunshine, vulnerable to UV light.
